One More Rep
My favorite part of this app is definitely the exercise library, and it’s funny because there are so many apps out there which are pretty much focused on this one feature alone while Bodybuilding modestly includes it amidst a whole bunch of other great content.
I’ve used the instructional elements of this app to improve my squat and deadlift technique, greatly minimizing my nagging lower back pain, and the forums are great for finding answers to any questions you might have about your training and nutrition.
All in all, this is a great app for the more fitness-minded amongst you, and highly recommended.
